I purchased a new sim but its saying your email: and then Bullet pointing most of it.
I need to know what the email is and then i can easily put the password in.

I cant use my phone. Also i haven't purchased anything on itunes or the appstore

Sep 17, 2016 10:46 AM in response to DomDanielRby zinacef,Then if the device has an Activation Lock, you will have to return it to its owner to have said lock removed. If the device belongs to you, take it into an Apple Store (with proof of purchase and ID) and hopefully they might be able to help you.
