Q: Is there a way to disable everything except Sketch?

I hate the fact that Digital Touch automatically assumes everything is a tap/hold while you're trying to draw, then auto-sends a heart/kiss/whatever without asking first. It would be nice to actually be able to take time to Sketch something.
