Q: iCloud backup after iOS 10 - Some files were unavailable during the last backup

Hi - We are a company with around 350 iPhone users.

In order to stop users adding their own email accounts to the iPhone we lock down the device via the restrictions - disabling the accounts section.  This then stops access to the iTunes settings.  In testing of iOS 10.0.1, we upgraded one of the devices, from 9.3.2 which went fine with no obvious issues, then, after a couple of days to allow the handset to function we removed the restriction and went to the Backup on iCloud to find no backup has occurred since the upgrade and a message 'Some files were unavailable during the last backup' in it's place.

If all our staff upgrade their phones (which we've told them not to yet) then the backups look like they stop.  It's easy to fix, as a manual backup will complete the process, but you have to remove the restriction to do this.

We've tested this on iPhone 5, 5s, iPad airs from iOS 8 to 9.3.5 and all have this issue.

Can anyone help with another fix?

iPhone 5c, iOS 10
