Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having an issue with zoomed in display on your iPhone is not what you expect. If I understand correctly, you are unable to switch from Zoomed to Standard view on your display at Settings > Display & Brightness, even after restarting your iPhone. Your next step is to backup your personal data and then Reset All Settings from Settings > General > Reset on your device. This resets all of your device’s settings like Wallpaper, Sounds, Display & Brightness, Background App Refresh, Date & Time, and removes all of your previously used Wi-Fi networks and passwords.
