Q: SRS Lab iWow Premium + itunes 12.5.1.21

Hi,

 

My iWOW plugin at SRS Lab no longer works with the new version of iTunes 12.5.1.21!

SRS Lab was bought by DTS and no way to find support for this plugin today!

Someone can help me ?

I love this plugin that dramatically improves the sound.

That kind of thing happens with unsupported software. From reading on the web about this it seems people were complaining about things not working back in Mavericks days.  You can send feedback to Apple but do not expect them to do anything about it.  Apple usually expects third party developers to follow their lead and I can't ever recall them changing their software to fix something like this.

    Works fine here.

    I have to reinstall it every time iTunes gets updated.

    Also, it shows up under Additions menu (and this Additions menu only shows up if it extra stuff for iTunes are installed)

    Hi,

     

    Thank you very much Chris for your confirmation.

    In fact, it works again. I uninstalled and reinstalled iWOW and I made several times open and leave iTunes to see again Additions menu in iTunes.

    Everything is OK and iWOW works well with iTunes Version 12.5.1.21 ;-)

    Hi,

     

    I have iTunes 12.5.1.21 with Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.6.

    My iWOW Premium v.3.3.1works but I must reinstall sometimes because the additions menu does not appear always.

    iWOW has not been updated for a long time and is no longer available.

    With the acquisition by dts, I think the developer team is no longer working on this application.
