Q: El Capitan crashes Caldigit Thunderbolt station while sleeping

Basically, that's it.

I have a Caldigit Thunderbolt Station I that worked just fine with Mavericks. Since I upgraded to El Capitan, when my rMBP 15" late ´13 enters sleep mode for a few hours (some minutes is OK), the station is "frozen", no peripheral attached works, OS displays "external disk not ejected properly", and I have to remove power source from the Caldigit station and connect it again for everything to work again.

It's very annoying. With the exact same hardware, this never happened with Mavericks, and started first day I installed El Capitan. I waited for 10.11.1, but same problem.

Any ideas?
