I would not expect one hair to cause a noise.

I expect your mac sucked in some hair, pulled it through the fans, and is now trying to exhaust it. By accident, it has appeared above the screen rather that the usual beneath the back of the screen.
This is still better than having the hair stuck inside your Mac and messing up the airflow.
