Check to see if you have some deleted photos left over from a bug that prevented some deleted items from aging off:

    1.     Go to Settings>General>Date & Time, Turn off Set Automatically, and change the date to 9/1/3013

    2.     Go to the Photos App, and see if you see a Recently Deleted folder - if so, click on it to see if there are photos there, and if so, select them all and Permanently Delete them

    3.     Go back to Settings>General>Date & Time, Turn Set Automatically back on

    Best of luck,

Gail, thank you, thank you, thank you.   All fixed.  I was unable to get to 3013!!  I just went as far as 2020, (all these warnings came up and I got a bit worried), but it did the trick.  So appreciative of your help.

    You are most welcome!

Can you clarify what you meant by you were unable to get to 3013 and went as far as 2020? I'm not following ....

IGNORE THIS QUESTION.....MY BAD!!! I mean to put "change your date to 9/1/2013 (3 years in the past)....OMG! I'm glad nothing untoward happened with those future dates!!! I would suggest just doing a quick check again with the 9/1/2013 date to make sure no others are still loitering around there.

And REALLY SORRY about that typo

    Cheers,

All ok.  But as it's really tedious spinning that date & time roller thingy, I'm going to be content with the result.  Thank you again.  Cheers Carol
