me to have restrictions on both my iPad and iPhone.
How can I check that, and how can I remove them?

Sep 18, 2016 10:06 AM in response to ppaitby Diana.McCall,Look under Settings > General > Restrictions. If they're enabled, you'll need a passcode to alter them. If your devices are from a school or business, you may have a profile. If so, it will be in Settings > General > Profile. Not much you ca do about that.
