Then I decide to bring it to Apple Store ano they swap my iPad for a new iPad. 4 days into using my new iPad at iOS 9.3.2, no issue with my Smart Keyboard. thank god

Aug 8, 2016 10:27 AM in response to Budi73by Mah.elsheikh,Any update on the keyboard issue? i have the same issue and I sent it to the authorised apple distributor as there is no apple store where i live and after a lengthy period of 4 weeks they say it is a software problem and it was fixed still waiting to receive my IPAD pro 9.7 to check if the problem was fixed or not. So the question stands is the latest 9.3.4 fixes the problem for all you guys or still the problem stands. Also did any one try the latest iOS 10 beta?

Aug 20, 2016 12:56 AM in response to Budi73by cobra1OnE,Do you have any problems with the Smart Keyboard ? For me, the problems are still there . Even with the new Logitech Create 9.7 " . From time to time there is no connection to the standby . Only a restart solves the problem . Is that a hardware failure from iPad Pro ?

Of course the service company is very below expectations and the Ipad still there (36 days ) and counting. i can say that my problem is an Ipad hardware problem not a software one soecially i changed the keyboard and the software many times and still the problem persist.

Sep 19, 2016 6:31 AM in response to Budi73by Kamik423,Having the same problem. (IOS 10.0.1, 13" iPad) one battery drops below ~85% it tells me: "unsupported accessory" and displays the normal keyboard.
