Q: Burned calories in workout segmentation
Hi!
I just used the workout segmentation in my last workout but I'm a bit confused with the outcome. As you can see in my screenshot (which is in Dutch, I'm sorry) my total of active calories for that workout is 713. If you take a look at the segments you see that in my first segment I burned 360 calories and in my second I burned 142. This doesn't at all add up to 713 nor the 854 (the total amount of calories I burned, including the active calories and my RMR). Can anyone explain where all those different numbers come from and how I can make sure they all add up?
