Q: How can I change from a special financing plan to an iPhone Upgrade Program Plan?
I am on a special financing for my iPhone 6s, and am stuck not getting to upgrade, although I have several iPhone 7 from the Apple Store and pre-order. I am curious how I can change to an Upgrade Program and upgrade my iPhone every year? I will ditch my 18 month special financing.

You have told us very little, as "special financing" could mean hundreds of different things.
The general answer is to pay off your iPhone 6S, then visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Retailer and purchase an iPhone 7, enrolling in the Upgrade Program.
Or, once you pay off your iPhone 6S and end your cellular carrier contractual obligation, then you can buy the iPhone 7 at the Online Apple Store and enroll in the Upgrade Program there.
In all cases, I believe you would have to pass the credit requirements.
Once your iPhone 6S is paid for and free from cellular carrier contractual obligations, it should be yours to sell.
