Q: How to delete iCloud account without logging into it?

Hello,

I'm continually bombarded with pop ups from my iPad saying login to my iCloud account but I don't know the password. When I press 'forgotten password' it tells me to type in the email address used for the iCloud account. I no longer use the email that it's linked to it which means I can't receive an email that would allow me to reset the password. For some reason the memorable data question, asking me to put in a birthdate, isn't even my birthdate so I have no way of logging in to the iCloud account to delete it so I can login with my new apple ID.

Please someone try to make sense of this and help me out it's driving me crazy.
