Q: iOS 10 Photos app on iPad 4th Gen - Missing Features?

I have updated my iphone 6 and also my Ipad 4th gen. and it seems that the shortcut in photo app on Ipad 4 is missing the great feature for "memories" no tab can be found in between photos and shared.

I have been searching around the web to find an answer for this missing feature but can't find any.

What Apple says:  iOS 10 is designed for the iPhone 5 or later, iPad 4th gen or later but this is not the case when it comes to Ipad 4th gen and the photo app.

I would be great if you could confirm what is the status for this "memories" feature on Ipad 4th gen. and if it is there, how to "activate this feature"

    Chances are good that your iPad 4 IS missing features of iOS 10.

    Older iPad models get fewer and fewer features of iOS.

    Your iPad 4, under iOS 9, had gotten NO new and cool features and only got the barebones basic iOS 9 features.

    Under iOS 10, I would expect a continuation of missing features.

    This is nothing new.

    Older iDevices have gotten less and less features since iOS 7 and has continued this trend in both iOS 8, as well as, iOS 9.

    Your iPad 4, while making the compatibility list, is barely powerful enough to handle whatever iOS 10  features your iPad 4 did receive.

    The iPad 4 is underpowered for many of iOS 10's more advanced and modern features.
