Q: Flashing folder

Hi,

I have a macbook pro 13 inch early 2011 model. When I turn on I am getting a flashing folder with question mark. I tried replacing the internal harddrive but the problem is still unsolved. If I book an appointment in Apple Store Genius Bar how much will it cost me to repair it?
