Sep 20, 2016 6:51 AM in response to jaleelfmdxbby GrecoISU,Return it and do not buy a 6 or 6 Plus. Both models (6 Plus more than the 6) have issues with the Touch IC. Solder from near the logic board becomes loose and the connection isn't consistent. There are TONS of people right now with the same issue and Apple refuses to acknowledge it. It's a manufacturing/design defect.
If you've done the resets properly then the issue is hardware. Definitely something to look into.
