Sep 20, 2016 6:07 AM in response to VinceDaVinciby den.thed,What year model Mac Mini are you plugging the Cinema Display into...?
Not all after-market (HDMI to DVI-D) or (Mini DisplayPort to DVI-D) adapters are reliable with the newer unibody Mac Mini's.

Sep 20, 2016 6:47 AM in response to den.thedby VinceDaVinci,No adapter needed, it has a native DVI output
it's a Macmini2,1 Intel core 2 Duo 1.83Ghz
The display, A1082, on the other hand did a short-long-short led blinking, for a while.
the led is now a steady, but I get no image.
