Try using Apple's iForgot service. If you can't reset the security questions through it, you need to contact Apple's Account Security team. To reach them, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.

Thanks Niel, I submitted that form as i dont have access to my rescue email and have forgotten all my security answers thats why i cant re set them because i need to know at least one answer, it was like 3 years ago when i set them,, now lets see what happens
