AirDrop it's not working after I upgrade my hard drive to a SSD. It does not show on computer when I search for it. Someone know the reason?

AirDrop is part of both the OS X & iOS operating systems. Assuming that you either performed a complete reinstallation or a Time Machine restore onto the new SSD drive, it should still be there. AirDrop is not a standalone application.

To "see" the AirDrop folder in Finder, do the following:

    • Open a Finder window.
    • From the Finder menu on the OS X menu bar, select Finder > Preferences
    • Select the Sidebar option in the Finder Preferences window.
    • Enable AirDrop under the Favorites section.
