Q: I cloud backup saying I need to contact administrator on home computer?
I have Itunes on one computer in the house. It has all my music and apps backed up to the computer. The ICloud is not working to use. Says that I have to contact my administrator and on the phone (6s) itself the backup is grayed out. If I am able to back up to the cloud will my music and apps save there too? I ask because I logged on to another computer in the house that I want to use going forward. I contacted support to help recognize an old IPOD nano to get all my new songs. When we trouble shooted all options the tech had me uninstall Itunes and when I reinstalled, all my music and apps were gone. I am afraid to Now I don't know how to get it back and I am very concerned that if we try anything else I will lose it from the computer it is on- so I think backing up to the cloud is crucial, but I did not know if that was just for photos, calendar, contacts. I did not see that it backed up music and apps. Thanks for any help. Very frustrating. Now I don't even care about the nano- just want to make sure my music and apps stay.
iPhone 6s, iOS 10
