Jan 20, 2016 10:58 AM in response to ShadowDancer1000by ShadowDancer1000,I updated to 10.11.3 last night thinking a patch would have been included but no such luck.
The problem in Safari when moving back and forth between tabs still exists.
The only "fix" I have found is before leaving one tab, I have to physically left click anywhere on the page which seems to pin it to memory so when I come back to the tab the page position hasn't rolled back to wherever it was when I opened the tab.
That's nice and all, but this is not the way it's supposed to work and again, if I forget to click before leaving the tab the page rewinds which can be very frustrating during a long document.

May 23, 2016 2:46 PM in response to ShadowDancer1000by Germancity,I've encountered this exact same problem in recent weeks. It was hard to catch at first; I doubted my memory when returning to a tab. But it is certainly a bug.

Sep 20, 2016 3:28 PM in response to Germancityby ShadowDancer1000,Update:
I just updated to MacOS (OSX Sierra) today and this buy appears to have been fixed in the release.
Thus far I have not had any issues with the page losing the scrolled position I last left it in when switching back and forth between tabs.
