Q: Installed Apps Not Updating In App Store

Updated to macOS Sierra ver. 10.12 on MacBook Pro Retina (late 2013) Updates available in App Store. When trying to update, receive message "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed.... To proceed, you must read and accept the new terms and conditions". I accept conditions and go to Updates. When clicking on app for update, receive the same message again. Go through accepting Terms and Conditions again, and repeat the same cycle over and over. Can't figure out what is wrong?

A Safe Mode boot deletes system caches that may help.

Follow these steps to start up into safe mode.

    1. Start or restart your Mac.
    2. Immediately after you hear the startup sound, press and hold the Shift key.
    3. Release the Shift key when you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.

After the Apple logo appears, it might take longer than usual to reach the login screen or your desktop. This is because your Mac performs a directory check of your startup disk as part of safe mode.

To leave safe mode, restart your computer without pressing any keys during startup.

    Then try updating apps.

If installed, disable anti virus software then try again.

Apps such as Growl and Little Snitch can cause the, "When clicking on app for update, receive the same message again."
