Q: Since last update my iPad not printing to wifi printer

My iPad recognises my wireless printer but since the last upgrade to IOS 10 the printer does not print From it.  However it does take the paper through but just gives out plain paper.  Can someone help please? Many thanks.

I am having the same issue as described above and the iPad and printer have both been restarted multiple times. This is definitely an iOS 10.0.1 problem.

When I hit print the print preview displays the pages for a second and then they turn to blank pages and nothing will print.

This is why I always start simple, it gets harder from now on.

First make a test print by copying something on your printer.

    Try printing from another iPad.

Next settings> general> reset> reset all settings. Re-enter your wifi passcode  then test.

On the printer see if you can forget the wifi network then set it up as new. Test.

Finally use iTunes on your computer to Restore your iPad. Test.

If you are trying to print Word documents from Mail or iCloud Drive, you can download Word from the app store for free and view and print documents you get from mail.  That could be a workaround for that issue.

    Another workaround:

Tap the share button and "Save PDF to iBooks" instead of "Print" after you open the Word or Excel document in Mail or iCloud Drive

From iBooks, tap the share button and "Print"
