Q: i reset my Ipod6 and it was still logged into my old iCloud account and now a verification lock is coming up and i can't do anything because i forget my password and that email is deactivated. What should I do.

i reset my iPod 6 and the verification lock came up but my old iCloud account isn't in use. the email is deactivated and

    If you are unable to access the e-mail address, you have two options: first, you can call Apple technical support at 1-800-MY-APPLE and have your account verified. Once the account is verified, they will send you an e-mail that will allow you to reset the password for the old e-mail address. That e-mail will be sent out a day after you talk to Apple.

     

    The second option is to restore the iPod to new, which means you'd erase everything from it and start over. To do that, connect it to a computer with iTunes running, hold down power and home button until you see the iTunes logo, and choose restore on the computer.
