Q: Duplicate files? How to decide which to keep?

I recently ran a search of duplicate files and was astonished to that I had 5.3 GB of duplicates.

My question would be which duplicate should I keep? Let me give an example and maybe that will help clarify my dilemma. Two files are located in the following places:

So one is saved in iCloud and the other is on my hard drive (I assume). Could somebody be kind enough to let me know if I should keep the duplicates and if not, which copy should I delete? Cheers, Adrian.
