Q: Final Cut Pro X freezing. Nothing I can do HELP

Final cut pro X is freezing after 10 to 20 minutes of use. I can't force quit. (Beach Ball Of Death) All I can do is turn the mac off and on again.

I have a brand new mac high specs. This shouldnt happen. Apple support are no help at all. I thought it was my gb usage running low which I fixed but it still freezes. Anyone out there who can solve this is a legend. I have checked the web and other forums and can not find a solution.

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

What are the system specs including drives and graphics? What are you doing when it freezes? What are your media specs?

When I am Editing my Project there is no lag or anything it runs fine when it is actually working. However

after around 20 minutes I get the beach ball Mouse and cant do anything. Sometimes if i move the mouse and try

clicking on stuff the screen goes white or black. Also if it does freeze and i am playing sound I can still hear the sound.

Take the system to an Apple Store or service technician.
