    Hi Pharao-nael,

I understand that after updating your iPhone to iOS 10, it starts to call itself when connected to Bluetooth. I know it's important for your iPhone to work as expected, so I'm happy to provide help for this.

Since this only happens when connected to Bluetooth, the first thing you'll want to do is unpair the car:
Set up and use third-party Bluetooth accessories - Apple Support

    Unpair a Bluetooth accessory

To unpair a Bluetooth accessory, tap Settings > Bluetooth, find the device you want to unpair, and tap   , then Forget this Device.

When you Forget this Device on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, that accessory is removed from the list of available Bluetooth devices.

Ensure that your iPhone is not trying to call itself after unpairing it, and then you can pair the iPhone and car again:

Pair your device with a Bluetooth accessory

    1. On your iOS device, tap Settings > Bluetooth. Stay on this screen until you complete the steps to pair your accessory.
    2. Place your accessory in discovery mode and wait for it to appear on your iOS device. If you don't see it or aren't sure how to make it discoverable, check the instructions that came with your accessory or contact the manufacturer.
    3. Tap your accessory to pair. You might need to enter the PIN or passkey. If you aren't sure what your PIN or passkey is, check the documentation for your accessory.

When pairing is complete, you can use the Bluetooth accessory with your device. You can pair multiple Bluetooth accessories with your iOS device. Just follow the steps above to pair additional accessories.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities, cheers!

    Thanks for your Reply.

I unpaired and paired many times.

    No Success

I don't get the reason. As I mentioned my other IPhone 6s, which is not updated to iOS 10 is working perfectly with the same car!!!!

    Hi Pharao-nael,

Thanks for following up with the additional details!

We offer a support article specifically for connecting your iPhone to your car via Bluetooth. Since you've already been able to complete the first few steps, it sounds like it may be time to see if there are any firmware updates available for your car:

    If you're using Bluetooth

    1. Check your car stereo's user manual for steps about pairing with a Bluetooth device.
    2. On your iOS device, swipe up to open Control Center, then tapBluetooth icontwice to turn Bluetooth off and back on.
    3. Restart your iOS device.
    4. On your iOS device, unpair your car stereo. On your car's display, unpair your iOS device and any other devices. Restart your car and your iOS device, then pair and connect again.
    5. Update your iOS device.
    6. Install any firmware updates for your car stereo.
    7. If you still can't connect, contact Apple Support

Get help connecting your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with your car stereo
