Q: iOS 10 Bluetooth issues with Visual Voicemail

I just updated my iPhone 6 Plus to iOS 10 and use a Plantronics Voyager Edge bluetooth headset. After updating I removed the device and reset network settings and then paired the headset back to my phone.

I've had a couple of issues with audio. First, caller announce and incoming number audio are not being routed to the headset. Prior to the update saved contacts would be announced. If the incoming call wasn't associated with a saved contact it would announce the incoming number.

Secondly, when accessing visual voicemail with the headset connected voicemail audio output is not being routed the the headset. If I'm using it to play music or other audio it pauses but still routes voicemail audio to the phone.

Has anyone else seen this behavior or had similar issues?

On Voicemail, I have tried several different bluetooth headsets and I cannot listen at all if the headset is connected. First, it tries to connect to bluetooth but then it will just stop. If my headset supports end of call notification, I will get a notification on the headset indicating the end of the message before it gets even 5 seconds into the message.

If I disconnect all bluetooth headsets, then I can listen either on the phone or on speaker.
