Q: (MacOs Sierra) Audio issue

I have two audio issues after upgraded to MacOs 10.12 today.

1. The audio balance automatically moved to left channel (It usually at the center)

2. The volume gained up to like 75%

I have adjusted my own but above two issues happens again every time I reboot my mac.

P.s1.Tried to turn off the new Siri function but it doesn't work.

P.s.2. Using external speakers

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014), macOS Sierra (10.12)

I understand from your post that you have some audio issues after upgrading to macOS Sierra. I know how important it is for your audio to stay at the settings you select. I recommend testing the issue while your Mac is in Safe Mode and/or in a new user account. i have the same problem also, its so weird, there is no such thing in previous OS, i also started a thread with video demonstration of the error, unfortunately no one seems having this problem.
