Mar 21, 2014 4:26 AM in response to Tain101by Treverdilllol,I asked Siri to help. Then she gave me the option to go to my settings. Thank goodness. That switch control is a nightmare. So. Again hold the home button> ask Siri to go to settings or for help- either will work. You should be able to do it from there. The same way you turned it on, you should turn it off!!!!
Hope this helped.

Mar 28, 2014 11:41 AM in response to romiegroverby eldarkera,This response from Ricardofromwa worked for me:
Disable switch control on iPad 2 through iTunes
My iPad 2 had switch control turned on last night and then got stuck at the lock scren with password lock turned on. When I reset the iPad it gave me a short window to slide to unlock and input my pascode which then allowed me to connect to iTunes. Once in iTunes choose accessiblity configuration and then turn on the voice over option and either use that to access your settings on the ipad to turn switch control off or just go back and turn voice over back off and you should be back to normal.

Feb 27, 2015 3:45 PM in response to Jesse5413by SpecialAgentMuffin22,If you plug in your device to power and unplug repeatedly this allows you to temporary override the touch screen in bursts it will seem like its not working because its extremely slow but like this if you get your device unlocked you will be able to turn on voice control.
