Q: want does Sierra install when asking need access/Password to install a little helper ?

I had this twice today.

First when installing the new Safari version and now when installing Sierra.

The GUI comes up and asks for the System Password to install a little helper .

Any idea ?

Don't feel alone, it is part of the upgrade package. The helper assisted the new Siri feature to communicate with Apple servers.
