It looks like your AirDrop button is a bit off center in your Control Center. I would suggest starting by forcing the Settings app to close:
Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
After that restart the phone and have another look at it:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists, did you have the iOS 10 beta installed at any point? Let us know how that goes. Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

thank you for your response,
I tried that (even with a force restart) but with no luck, it looks the same
I never installed the iOS 10 beta, i updated to iOS 10 on release date (it went into recovery mode through OTA so i had to do it with iTunes)

Sep 21, 2016 8:28 AM in response to Michael3001by sarah_s1,Hey thanks for the update! Alright since this is not a reinstallable part of the iOS our next steps will be to backup the phone to iTunes:
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Then restore it to factory settings with this article and test the issue again:
Use iTunes on your Mac or PC to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings
If it looks correct when restored as new, go ahead and restore your backup to the phone and confirm it still looks alright:
