So I have this Apple ID with $200 dollars on it. I forgot the security questions because I have never been asked them for nine years. The rescue email address is "pending," and I have no email that starts with a "q" and ends with a "@me.com" . Therefore, making the security email useless- and to reset the security email- you need the security questions!
So in order to reset the security questions, I need to either get a text, or the security email. As I said before, the security email doesn't work, I quickly turn to my last choice- getting a verification code. I only have one phone number on the manage account area that I added.
I had recently upgraded to an IPhone 7- and I see 2 phones; ********Phone. And *****'s IPhone. One with IPhone 4s, the other with IPhone 6 plus. No IPhone 7. Now, before I got the IPhone 7, I had a IPhone 6 Plus, so I clicked that option. No text. 30 minutes later, still no text. Keep in mind, I only had one phone number on that Apple ID. I couldn't remove the phone number- it was just there, and it was my phone number right now.
So, basically... I really need help.
