Q: "Accessibility Preferences" stopped working

I set up (thru "Accessibility Preferences") my macbook air to respond to voice commands. Last night it was working, but today my laptop is not responding to voice commands.

When I set it up, I created new commands to "Select" a specific application, e.g., "Select mail"

Anyone have a recommended solution to my problem?

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11.4)

Hello !

           Please click on go to go folder and type ~/Library

Find folder preferences and right click on the plist and move to trash .

Restart , empty the trash .
