Sep 22, 2016 12:31 AM in response to Haydenstronby King_Penguin,If she can't reset the account's password herself e.g. by answering the account's security questions on http://iforgot.apple.com she could contact Support in the country where she is (and which is therefore the country on her account) to get the questions reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
If her country isn't on that page she could try this form to contact Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
