Q: iOS10 - New features in Messages aren't working
I have a 6s and despite having iOS10, I'm unable to use a couple of the new features. Specifically, the expressions and whole screen celebrations. All the instructions I've found indicate that you're supposed to hold on the "send" arrow in the text dialog, but nothing happens. All the other 3D touch features seem to work just fine, so I figured that maybe it was a feature only for iPhone 7 users. My mom just got hers (mine comes tomorrow) and she is experiencing the same thing...no workie workie.
Anyone know why or what we might be doing wrong?
iPhone 6s, iOS 10, null

Hi
You can't send or receive bubble effects or full screen effects if Reduce Motion is turned on.
- Go to: Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion > turn off.
Message effects can only be applied to messages sent via iMessage (Apple's own service), which are shown in blue in Messages. They cannot be applied to SMS or MMS messages (shown in green).
