Q: Can people who have a device without 3d touch (like iphone 6) use this?

My family members who have an iPhone 6 are unable to send and see the new ios10 imessage effects. They have already turned off the 'Reduce Motion' setting. I was wondering, since sending the effects requires 3D touch, how they can do this.

    Use message effects with iMessage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

    Just as a heads up, iPhones that are not updated to iOS 10 may display the effects as static graphics, but they should still be able to receive them. If the behavior persists, or you run into any trouble, the entire community is here to help.
