Q: Can't boot after formatted NTFS partition
OS X boot option suddenly missing after I have formatted NTFS(bootcamp) partition to installing Windows.
I read many previous question in many website and
tried repair in disk utility but It can't mount anymore.
tried launch single user mode but It can't launch.
already reset NVRAM and SMC.
Is it have any solution to boot it up again or access my files in mac partition to do backup?
Thanks.

The text in parentheses is for explanation purposes. We will try HFS+ first and test, before we try CoreStorage values. If you see a message about choosing MBR, GPT or Hybrid MBR, select option 2 - GPT.
sudo gdisk /dev/disk0
t (Change Partition Type)
2 (GPT 2)
AF00 (Apple HFS+)
t (Change Partition Type)
3 (GPT 3)
AB00 (Apple Boot Recovery HD)

Reboot and try to boot from the internal disk's OSX installation. If you see any error messages, please stop and post any error messages/Terminal messages.
Update: What is this entry? Is this your Windows installation?
