Q: Cannot change the scrolling tempo

With the update I cannot change the srolling speed of my trackpad. I have a MacBook Pro 2013.

Does this happen is safe mode? Try safe mode if your Mac doesn't finish starting up - Apple Support Are you getting any error message by chance?

Did you try again in normal mode? Booting into Safe Mode runs a number of repair procedures and might help the problem.

No, unfortunately it is still way to fast and whatever I try, the speed isn't changing.
