Q: Updating 10.0 Problems

So I can't seem to update my iPad.. In the app store, it's says everything g is updated. And the General Settings, when I go to check if there's a new update, it says that it's "9.3.5   Everything is up to date" Everyone else who has an iPad or an iPhone has no problem downloading the new update. What do I do?
