My iphone6 will not update or restore    ive tried everything the help pages suggest    any information would be appreciated

    What exactly happens when you try? Error messages? Apple has lots of help pages. Can you detail for us what steps you have tried and from what help pages?

     

    OTA? Through iTunes?
