    Hey there,

    Thanks for your question.  Can you provide a little more information about your issue?   When did the issue start happening?  Have you recently updated your operating system or iTunes software?  Here is a basic troubleshooting guide for issues with iTunes for Windows.

    I have this problem as well. It occurred as soon as I installed the newest version of iTunes. I have tried every fix that I have seen including removing everything Apple and restarting first. The problem  seems to be with webkit.dll.

    I am having same problem.  Here is more detail. I am running Windows 8 and trying to run itunes 12.5.1
