Q: i cloud passwords


why do I keep getting the pop up message  every time I start my computer = please enter your password for (my Hotmail acct) and when I have put in the p/w for the account , it says it is wrong. I thought it was the same p/w I used for my h/mail account? or is it not??

    Hey jenann,

    I understand that you are seeing a prompt from your computer to change a password, but you are unsure about the source of the account that is giving you the prompt. I would suggest that you just go ahead and change the passwords for both your iCloud account and Hotmail account at this time. This will ensure security and should solve your issue.
