I see that you're having some issues with Safari since installing macOS Sierra. I know it's important to have Safari working correctly, and I'm happy to help. To help isolate this issue further, please start the Mac in Safe Mode to see if the issues are still occurring.
Try safe mode if your Mac doesn‘t finish starting up

Obviously the problem is caused by the combination of my MacBook Air end my Kensington docking station. App's like Safari, Mail etc. are having graphical problems on the display connected to my MacBook. On the MacBook display everything works ok.
I've contacted the manufacturer of the docking statiobn according this problem and i received an answer as shown below.
This is a known issue and covered by the article below. This problem cannot be
addressed by DisplayLink and requires an update to OS X 10.12 to fix:
The following issues have been found on macOS 10.12 and do not currently have a
resolution:- Incomplete rendering of window contents in some
applications, for example Safari and App Store - Black contents in applications windows when moved to a
DisplayLink screen - Internal screen blank at login with password when USB
screens are connected - Corruption around window borders for Carbon
applications (for example Microsoft Office 2011) - A few applications can show corruption and/or missing
contents while updating windows contents. Examples are Maps, iBooks and
the Dock. - The window server can crash logging our the user when
minimising applications, for example iTunes - Apple menu icon misplaced on DisplayLink screens
- Black menu bar on DisplayLink screens while mirroring
