Q: Transferring ALL my windows 7 (free update to 10) to my iMac
Good Evening (Sydney, Australian time is &.08 PM).
My Problem is (apart from being a LONG TIME BEGINNER), is I got tired of my Windows 7, crashing as regards auto. updates which Microsoft did not seem to care about. (see their community forums). So I purchased an iMac 21.5" and also purchased Parallels so that I could use both with the new iMac.
I am trying to get all my windows ( or the important ones) transferred to the Apple side of the computer, with a special area to keep what I need from Windows.
PLEASE, is there such a way ????? or am I wasting time, and should delete all my windows work (over 10-14 Years worth. (Sure, I know that I will get rid of a lot of rubbish etc.).
Possible, is there an App or whatever, that allows me to get some of my Window files etc. onto my Apple side ????
Thank You for reading.

P,S. I have a 3 year Apple protection plan, but I can not find the Email to contact them with, as it is easier for me to use email rather than phone.
I wish to get rid of Parallels 10, as all they want is to get me to continuously upgrade (and charge about $60-$70 (Aus) .
iMac, iOS 10, 21.5" desktop

You do not email AppleCare, you pick up the phone and call them and speak to a real human being. However they will not Support Parallels. I suspect that you may want to contact the developers of Parallels to migrate your Windows info.
If you simply want access to your Windows data in Mac OS then you should carefully read How to transfer data from a PC to a Mac - Apple Support
