Thanks for your question. I understand you subscribed to an Apple Music membership last night. Did you already have Family Sharing set up or did you set up Family Sharing at the same time you set up the Apple Music membership? Are you the organizer (the one responsible for paying for all of the purchases?).
It sounds like you may have had an individual trial membership on your Apple ID, but purchased a Family Membership for your 4 family members. Take a look at the subscription section of your iTunes Store account as described below to see the status of your individual trial and/or a new Apple Music membership for your Family.
Manage your Apple Music membership on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC

Sep 23, 2016 11:08 AM in response to sterling rby mrsp1181,Hi sterling r,
Thank you for your reply. I have checked the iTunes subscription and it says were on the family trial for 3 months ending 21st December. I have checked my bank account and I haven't had any payments taken for the items downloaded.
we haven't had any other email invoices either so I am safe to assume that it's just for information?

Sep 23, 2016 11:39 AM in response to mrsp1181by chris_g1,Hi mrsp1181,
Thanks for your reply. If the Apple ID that you are using for your Family Sharing shows the 3-month trial, then you will be charged on December 21 when the trial ends. The charge will be automatic, so that is probably why you are receiving the billing notice now. You would need to cancel your subscription before December 21 if you don't want to be charged. This quote is from the resource I provided earlier:
So, it sounds like you are good to go! Here is some information about using Apple Music on your iPhone to get you all started:Turn off automatic renewal to cancel your membership
If you want to cancel your Apple Music membership, turn off Automatic Renewal on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC. You can't turn off automatic renewal on an Apple TV.
Your membership might renew if you don't turn off Automatic Renewal more than 8 hours before your renewal date.
Use Apple Music in the Music app

Sep 23, 2016 8:00 PM in response to mrsp1181by LACAllen,Sending invoices for purchases you haven't made is a common "phishing" technique.
They rely on your outrage at being incorrectly charged to act without a sober second thought.
Is there a link in the email leading to a website to dispute the charges?
