Q: I have no option to enable 2FA on my iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10 -- it does not appear in the menu. What's going on?

Sep 22, 2016 4:38 PMby zinacef,Try one of two things, or maybe both, restart the device -- Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support OR signing out of your iCloud account, then wait a few minutes and sign back in.

Sep 23, 2016 6:53 AMby jevoliva,Also, on my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) running macOS Sierra - when I go to set up 2FA in iCloud, I get the error "2FA is not available for your Apple ID at this time". Yes, same Apple ID on my Mac as my iPhone. Additionally, my iPad does not have the option to setup 2FA either.

I was told to keep checking every couple of days to see if I can set it up. SMH.
