Q: Payment can't be made
I changed my iCloud plan from free 5Gb to 50 Gb in June and Apply has been succeed charging me $0.99 each month until September. In September I was told Apple couldn't process the payment and my plan was changed back to 5Gb. I changed NOTHING in the payment information. After a slight update of the payment information a day ago Apple successfully changed me $1+$1. But for iCloud is seems to be not working.
I would be happy to continue using iCloud service to store my data but for some reasons the payments don't work (for iCloud only). The error message is meaningless so I have no clue what is going wrong. This looks very disappointing especially with me loosing the data stored in the cloud. Is there anything we could do to fix that?
