Q: Boot Camp missing from Startup Disk after resize

I know this has come up a few times on this forum but it looks to me like the answers are specific to each particular case.  And while I am a developer I'm not confident working this one out on my own!

So I have a MacBook Pro running OS X El Capitan 10.11 and Win10 on a Bootcamp partition.  I also have parallels which allows me to run Windows10 while in OS X.  I keep running out of space in Win10 so the other day I decided to decrease the size of my Macintosh HD from 150GB to 130GB.

After that I was still able to run Windows 10 within OS X using parallels, but when I tried to boot directly into it I noticed it was no longer listed as a startup disk:

So I assume I've created the exact same issue as many other people.  Here are some outputs based on what others have been asked to do:

If your Mac is older than 2015 models, can you use Re: [Help] Can't boot to windows (8.1) after resizing partition as a reference and rebuild your MBR? This should get your Windows working. The link also mentions a procedure if you want to add 20GB to Windows.
