Mac OS X
Q: enter time machine while it's running?
Is it OK if Time Machine runs and creates a backup while you're in Time Machine looking at a previous backup?
I was looking at a backup from a week ago, and Time Machine ran while I was doing that, and I'm hoping that wouldn't confuse things.
(I know not to have Time Machine running while running First Aid (Disk Utility) on a disk....)
Thank you!

Hello DonnaR,
Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. I know how important knowing more about using Time Machine is to you! The good news is I wasn’t able to find that this is an issue, but it may slow down your communication with the Time Machine. Also, you can pause and then resume a backup manually if you know you're going to look at a previous backup.
